Before your visit
Do I need a patch test?
For colour, lash and brow tints and lash treatments, yes. We do it at least 48 hours before, in about ten minutes.
What if I need to cancel or move my appointment?
Let us know 24 hours before and there is no charge. With less notice we may keep half of the price.
How do I book?
Use the appointment form: pick a treatment, a stylist, a day and a time. We confirm within a few hours by text, phone or email.
Is the consultation free?
Yes. Every first visit starts with a free chat about what you want, and colour clients get a free patch test.
